Orion Pharmaceuticals… Where to begin? To be honest, when I first logged on to see what my company was I was frustrated that I didn’t get an Australian company, or a company that I was already aware of. In my head I had thought that if I already knew the company than it would be a little easier for me. I can see that this is not the case with the amount of research involved in getting to know your company. It’s safe to say that Orion is definitely growing on me! Orion pharmaceuticals are a Finnish company that is operated globally and was founded in 1917. It produces and sells its own human and veterinary pharmaceuticals. Orion also does all of its own research within its own facilities, and sells active pharmaceutical ingredients. Their business motto is ‘A builder of well-being’. Are you hooked? Because I am! I had the same feeling when I was allocated a German company! I think we all seem to share in the feeling that if we knew the company the process may have been a little smoother.
Sounds like you already have a good understanding of what they do. And now that I’ve researched my company I also find it interesting to learn about a foreign company I have never heard of before!

Oh my gosh, i felt the same – I got a UK based company that i spread across europe, so much to learn when you have zero knowledge on the company you are given! Im glad your company has grown on you!

Its interesting to see how many of us got international or foreign companies, my company is based in France!
